Great breakfast, lovely & helpful staff, clean room.
dated decor & expected crampt double room & tiny toilet shower room, but all the hotels in this (excellently located for the rail links) street looked identical so it's the norm at this price in London. Nice Italian couple who cooked us a lovely full b/fast and chatted. Gave info on bus numbers & stops for day trips etc. 5 mins from stations so would recomend for over nighters but not for more than say 2 nights.
tiny bedroom, toilet & shower room, shabby decor.
Bathroom sink tiny and plug didn't work.
The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! The Kings Cross tube station was very close. There was also a nice local pub steps away that was a great relaxer at the end of a long day.
The sink in the bathroom was so tiny that it was nearly useless. I had to spit in the shower/toilet when brushing my teeth. Otherwise, everything was pretty much as expected.
Good value, good location for eurostar, excellent cooked breakfast. Shared bathroom bit old but clean and quite small double bed in triple room (plus single). Clean bedding, tv worked fine with all freebies channels, tea and coffee area bit dusty. Overall impressedfor London and the price, especially excellent breakfast and very helpful staff.
Not en suite.
Small tiny hotel with great location. Good value for money.
Excellent location just up the road from St Pancras International. Manager very helpful. Breakfast excellent.
Lack of lift a challenge for older clients with heavy luggage.
convient to Lonon undergpound and national rail system.Breakfast was excellent.
No lift and narrow stairs which made carrying suit cases up stairs difficult.
Its close location to King's Cross Station. Its quietness. No demand for advanced payment.
The room, bed and ensuite were very small. There were many narrow stairs to climb to reach it. Inspite of advanced warning that we were having to leave next morning early, before breakfast, we were not offered any reduction in cost.
Nothing much. Owners pleasant and helpful, breakfast good.
If I knew the place, I wouldn't have booked it. It is over priced because of its location near Kings Cross rail station. I think people are taken advantage of for this reason. There are better hotels nearby for the same price. The bed light fitting and power plug in the room was broken and dangerous. The bed was super single, so was the shower!!! This hotel should be listed under places for little people!
Cosy room, although it was quite warm. Nice welcome, good price.
Room was too hot but a fan was provided.
Best located directly at King's Cross station and only few minutes walkway to Oxford Street, Hyde Park etc. Permanent access with own key and quite good English and Continental breakfast.
Staff was not really interested in us, no support regarding sightseeing tips or other insider/ residential hints.Rooms very small, loud and outdated.
Nice Family hotel on great location. Breakfast is good.
Thin walls, but for a few days it isn't big problem.
Excellent location for seeing London. Clean room, friendly staff and a brilliant breakfast.
The room was small and up several flights of narrow stairs (so glad I had a ruck sack and not a large case).
It was a single room made into a double room.Towel rail and electric socket hanging off wall.Wardrobe handle fell off in your hand.No table space, you had a job to swing a cat around in the room! You couldn't even wash properly in the en-suite as it was so tiny. We asked for an early breakfast (which I had put on original application) as we had to catch the Euro Star early next morning. They begrudgingly said we could have cereal and toast at 7am. We only put up with it as it was only for one night.
